Website for help very unfriendly!

I work for a business and have been trying to find a way to send an email to ask a question and comment on how the TAB Inserts don't stay in the binder dividers. I have to cut small scotch tape to put over the bottom of each divider tab. I hoped someone at Avery could help me. Wherever there is a link for help, you're taken to the same help page where you choose categories, sub-categories and then 11 pages (11 for what I am looking for about tabs & binder dividers) of learning how to do certain things. I don't think nor do I have time to go thru 11 pages to see if there is an answer to my questions and problems with their products.

Also, they show I can call Avery or use "Live Chat".
1) My desk is in the middle of the administrative office of a police department where Brass and Officers are in and out and talking in the open area of the office. So my talking to Avery on the phone is not a good solution.
2) I signed up for the Live Chat, not knowing I would have to install something on my computer. I would think Avery would know that so many companies, including mine, won't allow us to download or install anything on our computer.
PLEASE, Avery, if you read this, add an email address for customers to contact you!

Their sticker sizes (their software)…

Their sticker sizes (their software) has the Height and Width reversed and the dimensions never fit your image. It does not come out right. This could not be explained by them as they are not even aware of this fact. Disappointing!

Altered my labels without permission

They altered my business labels to their liking and totally messed them up and gave me something I never would have approved of, extremely small text and overlapping of text. Extremely unhappy and then was told that they in fact do not alter our labels once submitted which is clearly a lie and have proof. Never had this issue before. They continued to tell me I can have a one courtesy re print even though they gave me what I did not pay for. Smh I used to love this expensive company, I need to just get my own printer

Badly needs usability updates

I use the online editor and projects to print stickers. I need a much faster way to copy and paste multiple stickers at once. I have between 4 and 10 that repeat and are constantly changing.
WHY can't we copy and paste objects from one project to another?
There is absolutely no way to contact after-hours. They only list a phone number and Live chat. No email and you can't leave a message on the Live Chat to be read later :(
The printing part works fantastically.

Wrong slots or hole punch for my Rolodex

I recently purchased a Avery card pack # 5385 but the card slots or hole punch did not match my Rolodex Card holder and was able to reach support by e-mail within two days, I described my problem and was helped right away, it seemed that the packed i received was the wrong slot cut for my rotary cards holder and was sent a new one that fit my Rolodex, Thank you Avery.

Cannot trust Avery

Not sure where to start. I spent 3 hours today trying to get labels to print form their website. All of my labels printed correctly before. They had many reasons that were all my fault- they are very deflective and the onus is on the customer to make it al work. In the end they said that something was wrong on my end. In addition they said I needed to change my actual label to an online order only. When I asked why they would not tell me. Very disappointed and feel exploited.

Avery customer for life.

I've been using Avery WePrint labels for my small business for the last three years and here is why I think you should too: Their WePrint design software is super user-friendly. You can order in small quantities which local print shops do not offer. They have the greatest variety of label sizes (I compared all the online label companies and only Avery could meet all my needs). They ship quickly and when I'm in a crunch I pay a little more and receive them in just a few days. In all honesty, when I tried going through local print shops there was some embarrassment when I'd have to admit how few labels I actually needed (we were a very small business), I'd feel pressure to order more than I could afford and I didn't necessarily appreciate the feedback they'd give on how I should alter my labels. With Avery, none of these issues exist.

Now that we're a larger business I stay with Avery for their outstanding customer service, beautiful labels and follow through to ensure my satisfaction. I'd mention the representative I work with by name but then you'd all request him. :o) Actually, I've worked with a few of their representatives and they've all been great. Whether you're considering printing your own labels at home or having a large order printed, consider using Avery WePrint services. I think they're as good as you can get.

Avery Product Guarantee a Lie

I have an old box of labels (100 sheets) and went to use it. The adhesive was gone. Box says "All Avery Laser Labels are permanent self-adhesive labels." Product guarantee on the box says they "will gladly replace any product that does not provide complete satisfaction." There is no "use by" date on the box. Called Avery customer service and agent said "of course, there's a limited shelf life." He offered me a 10% discount coupon.

I declined.

Only aligns partially

I have wasted far too much money on printing these labels. I bought them in bulk at the start of my business and if I could add up the time I have spent cutting the extra white off of the labels, tweaking the measurements, googling, and then trying to solve the problem between it being my printer, software issue, or the website - I could have just paid a company to print my labels. While this is a cost effective IDEA, it doesn't actually get much accomplished by way of printing professional product labels. If you want to label something like a folder for school, this would work. That's about it though.

I just used the Avery Online Label Maker

I just used the Avery Online Label maker to create labels for my Christmas cards. It was SOOOO much easier than trying to do a mail merge with Excel and Word. They had lots of templates and it was easy to use. I am never doing it with Excel and Word ever again! I could download a PDF and print it with the labels I already had for my own printer. Love it!

WORST THING I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH

I USED THE DOWNLOADABLE AP ON MY OLD COMPUTER. WHEN I GOT MY NEW COMPUTER IT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THIS FREE ON LINE SOFTWARE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I HAVE TRIED AT LEAST TEN TIMES TO GET A LABEL TO PRINT IN THE CORRECT PLACE. I HAVE SPENT OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO PRINT ONE FILE FOLDER LABEL. I AM NOW USING PEN AND INK TO DO IT... SIXTY SECONDS, BUT NOT WHAT I WANTED. PLEASE MAKE THE OLD PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO YOUR FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS. OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT ALONE!

I think part of the issue is that Avery Dennison sold off their Labels and Software to CCL in 2016. I luckily still have an older system that uses Windows 7 and Design Pro 5.5 software and I can print most labels the way I want them.

The Design and Print software is garbage compared to the older now retired Design Pro 5.5. I have a feeling that Avery (from CCL) is trying to get users to pay to print via their service instead of having a capable program that users can print at home or at work.

Even the Design and Print is going away from the "offline" version and going with Online only... I will NEVER go with an Online version ever period!

Your better bet unfortunately is to download a template for either Word or Photoshop and print from there if you have a system that is not compatible with Design Pro. Design Pro was created by Avery Dennison and not CCL industries
